Obama Takes Control of Arctic's Future Away from Oil Companies - National Wildlife Federation
This is a good first step in the right direction concerning fragile ecosystems and oil speculation. Until some of those billions are spent on developing foolproof retrieval methods, they should stay away from land and water teaming with plants and animals.
